How do you make sure you reach your daily goal?
As I am a very committed person, first thing in the morning I exercise, even when I am feeling sick I still do some form of activity! It is rewarding and satisfying!
What are some tips you can share for new members?
No matter how busy life is, make time for yourself and fit some form of physical activity in your lifestyle.
Has the wellness program influenced any other areas of your life?
I am more aware of my diet and the values of making healthier choices.
