Company Spotlight: MUFG
In Quarter 4, the leaders at MUFG in Cayman Islands developed a new challenge to celebrate one year with the Zest Wellness Program.
In an effort to get all members involved, team members were selected by past quarterly levels results. Each team consisted of a participant who reached level 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 in Quarter 2, with the hope that those who reached the highest levels would encourage the less active group members, in turn improving the overall health in the office.
The Wellness Committee offered a prize for the team with the greatest increase in total points at the end of the quarter. The "Q4 Virgin Pulse Bonus Game" challenge was a success in getting more people participating in the wellness program, and members had a lot of fun while they were at it!
