The latest program offering for Zest Wellness members is the Virgin Pulse Sleep Guide.  Created using scientific framework, this new feature will help you to build healthy sleep habits.

There are four easy steps to personalizing your sleep strategy:

  1. How do you want to improve your sleep? Choose from six options based on your needs.
  2. Which healthy sleep habits do you want to work on? Select your healthy habits and track daily.
  3. How much sleep do you want to get? Research recommends 7-9 hours each day.
  4. How will you track your sleep? Sync an activity tracker or manually log.

The sleep guide includes several components to help you along the way:

The bedtime calculator allows you to set a bedtime based on how many hours you want to sleep and what time you want to wake up the next day.

Daily sleep tips provide simple tasks you can include in your day to help you sleep better.

The graph tool shows your sleep results and helps to analyze correlations between sleep and activity. You can see how activities you complete before bed (i.e. alcohol, caffeine, screen time, exercise) affect sleep.
