The smallest interactions we have every day add up to make an impact on our lives. We don't always slow down enough to grasp the little moments, making it easy to take our loved ones for granted.
This month's Healthy Habit Challenge will inspire you to appreciate the special people in your life. Each day during the week of July 16, take some time to express gratitude to someone.
Send a thank you note, treat them to a coffee, or simply make a telephone call. No matter how you choose to express your gratitude, track in the Challenges section of your Zest Wellness account.
During the week of the challenge, you'll be asked, "Did you express gratitude to someone today?" Track every day and earn up to 200 points!
